Let me go first – I definitely was a few years ago!! Seriously, I read book after book, thinking that the next one would hold the key to my transformation. But guess what? All that overthinking brought me nowhere. It wasn’t until I started taking action that things changed. Simple as it sounds, consuming more won’t always bring you further.
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞! These days, it's easy to fall into the trap of self-improvement overkill. Maybe even more so for us expats, trying to adapt and become a superhuman in new environments. But let's face it..... Is your dedication to self-development actually holding you back?
𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞?
𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠: You're a walking encyclopedia of self-help tips, drowning in books, seminars, podcasts, and videos, yet not much in your life seems to change...
𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐝: You've got so much advice buzzing in your head that you don’t know which way is up.
𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬: Despite all your efforts, your life isn’t transforming into the magical success story you envisioned.
𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Deep down, you know it – all that content consumption is just a fancy way of procrastinating.

✅𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: Seriously, you don’t need to watch another TED Talk right now.
✅𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧: Knowledge without action is just trivia. Apply what you learn to see real results.
Now this might seem like an odd blog for someone who is a personal development coach herself, but actually, it isn't! In my coaching practice, the focus is always on concrete action. I help you move from overthinking into decisive action.
